We accept wire (SEPA) payments.
Normally, account will be credited within 1 working day. For emergency top ups (during weekends for example) a credit card payment can be done online directly from your account web page. A commission of 3% extra will charged for credit card top ups!
- Login to your Walledo account
- Navigate to "Top-up online" tab
- Click "By bank transfer" button
- Bank details for your payment are show here
- (Optional) Inform us using embedded support chat about the payment made
IMPORTANT: ensure that you've put your account ID in the description of your SEPA transfer!
IMPORTANT: only payments originating from the account owner/company will be credited!
